Through parents’ volunteer work, we are able to host school and community events, improve facilities, and provide countless other benefits. Volunteering not only benefits the students, faculty, and school, but it also benefits you, the parent. By getting involved in your child’s school, you meet other families, build a network of friendships, and stay in touch with your child’s life.

Friends Feeding Families

A group of families that work together to provide comfort through the spiritual gift of hospitality. Members of this team provide the gift of a meal to families in our school and church when they have been touched by major life events such as the birth of a baby, illness, or passing of a loved one.

Get ready for: a trunk-or-treat costume parade, hay rides, a visit to our pumpkin patch, bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, dunk tank, mechanical bull, photo booth, petting zoo and tons of carnival style games! There will be plenty delicious food and drinks to enjoy. You will also have the chance to visit booths from local vendors selling everything from hairbows and jewelry, to stuffed animals and ice cream! Many volunteers are needed to make this event a huge success—including finding sponsors and event setup/take down. During the event, shifts are worked so that committee members may also enjoy the event with their families.

Touch a Truck

Come join us on Saturday, January 20, 2024 for TOUCH A TRUCK 2024, a hands-on interactive experience that allows children to turn their imagination into reality. Kids get a behind-the-scene’s look at their favorite vehicles, honk horns, open doors, climb into the driver’s seat, and learn from community leaders and vehicle operators. Enjoy bounce houses, vendor games, kid’s activities, and food and drink available for purchase. This event is made possible with the generous support of Saint Michael parent volunteers before, during, and after. Let’s all make this 2024 even a big success.
